I buy and Xbox One S for 254.99. I pay an extra 10.00 to get 2-4 day shipping which it ends up taking the full 4 days by the way. Then when I open up my package, turns out they sent me an Xbox 360. I call Game Stop, on hold for 30 minutes trying to get a hold of someone and I’m told it take 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS only ONCE they receive my return Xbox 360. I still get no refund for my expedited shipping or any type of discount. Won’t be buying from over priced GameStop again.

I ordered a Christmas present on Dec 10th and paid for 1-2 day shipping. I recieved a tracking number and estimated delivery date of Dec 13. Now on Dec 23, it is still "awaiting carrier pickup". Apparently, these clowns would like their customers to believe everything is someone else's fault, and Gamestop is the only place in America that USPS is 13 days behind in picking up packages. I tried to contact a real person at Gamestop - even a basement-dwelling nerd-virgin would be OK - and I've found its quite impossible to get anything beyond a recorded message.

This is my 3rd message about this order from Gamestop.com

I ordered a Switch for family in Florida on 12/15. It said it was in stock.

After completing the purchase its was supposed to be delivered on 12/19 and gave me a FedEx tracking number (949588****80). Today is the 20th and the delivery date has disappeared! It says "Awaiting Carrier Pickup". I contacted FedEx about this tracking number and they said they never received a package and that this is just a digital number generated for the shipment.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE!?

This was a gift and now it seems Christmas is ruined! Up until the 19th I could have ordered this product from Best Buy and had it delivered by Wed.

This is inexcusable!

I Think maybe you didn't really have it in stock and just wanted your numbers to look good for Christmas sales!!!!

If I do not hear something by end of day on the 21st I will take any and all necessary action to resolve this!

Your disclaimer is an extra 2-3 days unless this package is already in route you miss these dates!!

Its a crime to falsely advertise the availability of product and mislead the buyer during a purchase... FTC.gov

I ordered a PS5 bundle on 11/27/20. It includes the console, an extra controller, Spiderman, Call of Duty, a PS Plus 1yr sub, and a $50 PSN gift card. Call of Duty and the $50 gc did not ship initially. After several messages via your 'contact us' link, I called the 800 number. After nearly 2 hours on the phone, I was told it would be corrected. I have since received the game, but still no gift card. I've combed through every email (which is where I received the code for PS Plus subscription) and there is nothing. How do I go about getting this corrected? I'm EXTREMELY frustrated at this point and the last thing I want is another 2+ hours on the phone. I just want to give my brother his Christmas present. Thank you for your assistance in taking care of this continuous issue.

Never received package

I had placed an order on December 13th. Received an email stating that the package had shipped on December 15th. Still to this day I haven't received the package. It was so hard to tell my grandson sorry that his gifts didn't come in for Christmas. He sat there and cried while everyone else got to open their big gifts. Gamestop operator keeps saying that the package never left the warehouse. So I want to thank you so much for destroying our Christmas especially my grandson.

Merit blvd location

I went in to tradein/sell my Nintendo switch from the moment the supposed manager Tony started talkin he was extremely loud so loud everyone in the store could clearly hear everything he said well he said they dont do cash for merchandise at that location which if true has to be new cause ive traded games in an gotten games n then got the difference in cash welk thats what i wanted to do trade in my switch console controller an 1 game zelda botw and i wanted cyberpunk for ps4 and the rest in cash well he kept sayin no we dont do that here i questioned it cause ive been there b4 n he said i didn't kno what i was talkin bout meanwhile the entire time his tone gotten even louder i said nevermind ill just go to another gamestop where they arent lying about their policy cause i dont wana deal wit ur loud ignorant *** anymore he thought i was mad cause i wasnt gettimg what i wanted which wasnt a big deal i had a issue wit how loud he was so i threw a plastic bag at him i carried in the switch wit cause i was so frustrated if i didn't do that ida grabbed his *** over that counter between the plastic spit shields i said ok tony ima write a complaint cause ur rude an made the situation what it came to be just by ur loudness rudeness ignorance he said how do i kno his name tags real then he proceded to lean over by my face a ft away tske his mask down n start talkin i mean i kno i shouldnt have thrown a plastic bag at him oh no but should he be doing that around anyone much less customers Well i went around 8pm 12/22 to the merit blvd location n after i went right to the one in Goldenring and did exactly what i tried to do n hav done a few times before at the merit location i mean i think its ridiculous i went in an just wanted to do somthn simple and this managers lack of customer politeness from the jump was so bad that it escalated into all that i dont think i was very wrong i shouldn't hav done what i did but i held back so much

Wtf I purchased $300 in gift cards for my grand daughter to buy an XBox One. GameStop has no consoles, they answer the phone at the stores, with no enthusiasm to help. I have called the corporate #s and you are on hold for hours, the automated system ignores your choices after being prompted to make a selection. If you dont have the item, why are you advertising.what Im too do with $300 and cannot make a purchase

User's recommendation: Do not purchase gift cards if you are looking for the XBOX One, as a courtesy GameStop should have noted to customers that they are not equipped to handle customers, for purchases, or they will not have access to certain items. I have called customer service it was like talking to a 5 year old child. The representative stated they will not have any XBox one’s, has no idea as to when and told me I need to keep checking the website and to hold on to my gift cards. No empathy or attempt to seek out other practical ways to assist. How about assistance with giving me back my money so I can make my purchase elsewhere

Hi my name is Jordan murrell my pro number is my phone number is 469 267-**** my address is 4418 stirling Dr. My order number is 110000****899256 I have been waiting for a month for my order to arrive I have already purchased it online and every time I get a date it keeps being delayed I have called repeatedly and all I get is sorry I can't help you I been shopping at gamestop for 15+ years and I been a pro member since 2012 and I never had such a terrible experience I am so pissed off that I am really considering to take my business elsewhere if this is how gamestop treat's is loyal customer's then I will no longer shop at gamestop and I will damn shore that everyone knows how gamestop treat's is loyal customer's if I don't get my order by next week I will file a law suit this is bullshite

Again horrible customer service charging people money that youre not supposed to charge so you send me an email saying that youre sorry for the problem but doing nothing to correct the problem how do I pay over $50 to receive free shipping and then you charge me shipping on top of it my package just arrived today the individual pop figures were not put in their own boxes but thrown loose in a package that was packaged so tight in the wrong size box that they had to use tape to try and hold it together because it was bulging out of the box your store really needs to get there SH@$T Together and soon I can see why your company is going out of business

I contacted the store and they refused to refund my money. contacted their customer service who refused to refund my money that day but wanted to offer me a giftcard that takes 15 days to cash in for cash?? or a corporate check that takes 25 days to arrive with my refund.

On October 26 , 2020 I ordered a ps4 and even paid a few dollars extra for shipping. It said on their website that it takes 24-48 hours to process the order. Well as they notified me that very next day that the order was on it's way of being shipped, they provided the tracking number (which I watched for carefully) The information was sent to FedEx, and I kept checking the status, nothing was picked up or moved. So I called Customer service several times wrote emails, provided all the information that was required, within three weeks, still nothing. Every time I called, the associate kept promising it will get there. Finally after the fifth week, called one more time, the associate this time was kind enough to help me, not only replace my product but also refunded me. (Which I appreciated) They sent me notifications that it was being shipped, thus time they actually followed through! Took four days to get to its destination, but it finally got there! It was a big mess and I won't be a returning customer. I've worked in retail for ten years, I've never experienced horrible customer service as I did with Gamestop.
