Never received my order that needed to be signed for

Took off work for an almost 500$ order needed to be home to sign. The package never showed up. Called on the q2th and the 22nd of January and no response or actions have been taken

I ordered a pair of headphone at the GameStop in linden nj. They did it as a delivery to my house. They delivered it but I never received the package they never rang the doorbell. I called customer service and they said they had to investigate what happened they did never but never called me back I called back they did the investigation and they said they could give me a new pair of headphones a gift card or the money back as I paid I said as I paid on my cash card. I week later I get a gift card in the mail and now Im being told theres nothing that could be done. You guys need to give me my money back on my chase card I have bills that I need to pay and I cant pay them with a GameStop gift card

bought an xbox one s at gamestop and paid cash. 3 hours later they emailed me an cancelation order . I contacted the store and they refused to refund my money. contacted their customer service who refused to refund my money that day but wanted to offer me a giftcard that takes 15 days to cash in for cash?? or a corporate check that takes 25 days to arrive with my refund.

User's recommendation: do not use gamestop order from the company directly. submit a bbb complaint and don't use cash.

Order Not delivered

My order was not delivered. FedEx did an investigation, according to to GameStop. GameStop then said they would process refund on a Friday and that it should take 3-5 business days. I called the third business day and the representative said 24-48 hours I should have it on my account. I waited until the following Monday. When I called in they said something about the investigation being ongoing. Then I said they already processed the refund. So they reply saying oh the previous rep input the refund wrong. I immediately asked for a supervisor, because now you have given me two different reasons as to why I dont have my refund. I have yet to speak to a supervisor, after speaking with three reps today. My biggest desire when dealing with companies is good customer service. I never get this from GameStop. I spent over $700 for an order, and now I dont have the order or my refund, and no one here cares enough. I will no longer be shopping with them.

Gift card is not working

Well they pretty much told me it has to be used in store even though it says online or in store so i guess i will be back at store tomorrow fighting with them again

Still awaiting refund

I began the refund process in May. I have emailed and called over a dozen times each. Most recently I was told they were sending a check and it would take 25 business days. This is the second time I've been told this. It is now well over 25 days past my last conversation with them on December 17th and I still do not have a check or any communication from them. It's getting very frustrating.

I took off of work to wait for the fedex package to be delivered as it was stated I needed to sign. No package ever showed up. Still have yet to get. A response from them and my kids new game system is still not here/

User's recommendation: If possible just do the store pickup option.
