Stop making your employees aggervate the customer as soon as they walk in the dam door try to harasse um to by or pre order something yall sale games not cars it looks bad on the company yall come off like a homeless man standing on the side of the road beging for pre orders or rewards card thats not worth having now since y'all done away with 10 percent of used game's the public feels bad for how y'all do your workers and the dumb *** policy y'all make um do and it's hurting y'all's business bad

They do nothing but lie they are the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life I ordered something on July 11th said it would be here on the 16th or 22nd called on the 20th it had not left the facility was told they was going to send it next day still never got it call back on the 22nd man told me he was going to overnight it again still haven't got it called today spent two hours on the phone ask to speak to a supervisor spend another half hour on the phone then I asked to talk to his boss and I got hung up on

2 day shipping online order 6/19/20 still isn’t here

I ordered a game online and paid 2 day shipping, it still not here, never came in 2 days didnt come Friday when it said deli every Friday. Now its Monday (today) I had to go into GameStop and actual purchase the game 2 days ago . Im super disappointed no refund no nothing, said shipping was behind , well take down your 2 days shipping promotion . Anyways no word back from them . EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

Purchase made at GameStop Seabrook, NH on 6/24/2020 The mouse we wanted was not available. Dana substituted a more expensive mouse. My grandson asked if it was compatible and Dana said he didn't know. I said we will bring it back if it is not compatible. It was not compatible so I took it back to Dana the next day and he refused to take it back because it had been opened. Dana stated he informed us it was not returnable when we purchased it. THAT WAS NOT TRUE.... Also the receipt say's we have 30 days for returns
