I bought a IPhone 11 Pro Max 8 months ago. It went out. I took it to Apple for them to work on it. Apple was unable to fix it. Been trying to contact Game Stop support and I am unable to. I just need new phone like now.

Customer service

I purchased the Nintendo switch under the idea that I would get the Mari kart game at no additional cost. This was according to William that works at the Game Stop in Portage mi.

All I would have to do is download the game from the Nintendo store. When I got home I started to put the game together. I could not download the game because I had no code. When I called the store for the code they told me that offer was not valid.

Spoke with the personal who called the general manager who said I could return the unit for a full refund. I dont want to do that. I bought the unit so I could also receive the game. Which William said I could have.

I believe this tactic is unprofessional and looks like a bait and switch job.

Since then we have put hay the Mario kart game so my child could have something to play with. I looking for satisfaction

Yes cannot sign into my rewards account. This has been going on,for years...cannot talk to anyone either recording stats very busy and average wait time is an hour every time I call.Will not be doing business with Gamestop any more.

I have been calling customer service for almost 2 weeks now and I havent talked to anyone. I didnt receive my game and it almost been a month.

I will like to talk to someone so I can get my game shipped to the correct address. I would really like to be helped. It would make me so happy to receive my game. I just need to talk to someone so the address can get changed and the game is shipped to the correct house.

The lady said she sent it back to you guys at GameStop. If I can get help please do and I will be so happy.

On the picture it says delivery but its not my house. The address it was sent to is 1804 Cartier drive Laplace Louisiana 70068 my address is 124 Tammy Drive Laplace Louisiana 70068

I am not complaining about Game Stop. I am unable to reach GS by telephone. I bought insurance with my purchase but I doubt it covers a stolen product from my front porch however I dont know that bc I cannot reach GS

Impossible to contact customer service

I need my pre-order purchase refunded as soon as possible so I can get some necessities and I have tried calling customer service to the effect of just waiting for more than 15 minutes every time and I hang up because having to wait that long is insane and ridiculous. I will not ever use them again.

Replacement Phone

Phone broke and had insurance. I called to replace item. The Rep gave me two choices on how to receive my phone. One way was so long and the other way was pick up at store. I chose pick up at store. I waited four days and didnt receive a call to pick up. I called customer service back and was told there was not an option to send to store. I am so mad. I need phone for work. Never Never buy a phone from them.
