I purchased the Nintendo switch under the idea that I would get the Mari kart game at no additional cost. This was according to William that works at the Game Stop in Portage mi.
All I would have to do is download the game from the Nintendo store. When I got home I started to put the game together. I could not download the game because I had no code. When I called the store for the code they told me that offer was not valid.
Spoke with the personal who called the general manager who said I could return the unit for a full refund. I dont want to do that. I bought the unit so I could also receive the game. Which William said I could have.
I believe this tactic is unprofessional and looks like a bait and switch job.
Since then we have put hay the Mario kart game so my child could have something to play with. I looking for satisfaction

I have been calling customer service for almost 2 weeks now and I havent talked to anyone. I didnt receive my game and it almost been a month.
I will like to talk to someone so I can get my game shipped to the correct address. I would really like to be helped. It would make me so happy to receive my game. I just need to talk to someone so the address can get changed and the game is shipped to the correct house.
The lady said she sent it back to you guys at GameStop. If I can get help please do and I will be so happy.
On the picture it says delivery but its not my house. The address it was sent to is 1804 Cartier drive Laplace Louisiana 70068 my address is 124 Tammy Drive Laplace Louisiana 70068

Customer service is absolutely the WORST 30 minutes on the same music constantly with no wait time update and no one reached absolutely ridiculous

They gave no customer service. Maybe try for customer ripoff
