Never received my paid for product

I Just Want To Get the actual product that I have already paid for. ...

Bought a refurbished iPhone ** **, in store, (@Arrowhead Mall, Glendale AZ), to replace a damaged one, this was on October 2021. About 2 weeks later the phone was shipped and I was emailed a shipping notice, with tracking number. 10 days later the phone arrived and as I tried to set it up repeatedly with my carrier, found out the next day that the phone had been listed as stolen! Back to the store, they said sorry, we will get you another one.

They took the phone and shipped it back. The new phone was shipped back about 7 days later. Guess what? Camera does not work!

Shipped that one back, which their customer service says was accepted by their shipping department November 2021. I've been on the phone with customer service three time since. The first 2 times, they told me that they acknowledge that the whole issue was their fault and repeated error. Called again December 2021, they said again that they would escalate the problem and 'try' to expedite shipping.

They apologized and said that they are backed up with orders from January 2022, but wait, this whole journey for me, started in October 2021?

What happened?

Not sure that I will ever go back to GameStop again, I've been a Pro Member for years, but this is the last $500 I will ever spend there.

The store that this all started with, kept making the mistake of Not opening a new order number, they used the same one over and over, which seemed to confuse the exchange department.

I just want my phone, in good working order, as fast as humanly possible, as none of this is or has ever been my fault.

By not resolving my issue, in a timely manner, they are showing themselves to be dishonest and incompetent, customers will read stories like this and take their business elsewhere. With all of the recent company bankruptcy and worker shortages, online sellers need to be more customer friendly and stand out.

I just want the phone that I've already paid for, in good working order.

I've been a pro member for over 6 years.

Visited the originating store 4 times and on the phone with customer service 4 times.

I haven't received the gameinformer magazine through the mail for about a year and three months since I moved to Merced. I go to Gamestop to pick-up the gameinformer once a month for them. Fraudent order placed in my name

Recently - not sure of the exact date - a Game Stop account was opened in my name by someone, and they made $100.00 was taken out of my bank account. On February 2nd, I received an email from Game Stop saying that my order of $50 had been cancelled. The amount of the order was said to be $50, but there has been $100 taken out of my account. So far, I have not seen any reimbursement to my bank account. Please let me know the status of this, and whether I will be getting reimbursed for the full $100 that I have been fraudulently charged.

Ok so, my 7 yr old son and I share the same birthday. He loves playing WWE 2k with his dad every chance we get

With our birthdays approaching on 3/8/22 he thought it would be awesome to get wwe2k22!!!!!!!

Naturally I agreed so we both went to our local GameStop store and pre ordered the deluxe version for our ps5. The total was $106 dollars and some odd cents under the agreement that we would get it on 3/8/22 perfect right?

Accept for the fact that these people had no problem taking my money and we ended up with no product to pick up that we pre ordered and paid for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am livid with this situation as I took a day off of work to hang out with my 7yr old disappointed son, who is now missing his biggest gift of his birthday and who has also been counting down the days to play this game only to be let down by these companies!!!!!!!!!

How can Game Stop get away with thing like this. They are stealing from customers by selling faulty merchandise and/or sloppy service of not sending merchandise. They need to be forced to pay double or triple when they mess up an order or knowingly sell faulty merchandise.

If I give them a negative star count I would! I ordered a new Incredibles game for the Switch as a gift and they sent me a preowned PS4 game instead I tried to chat and get assistance with getting the correct one by Christmas. They said it wasnt possible and wanted me to return the item that was only worth $7.99. Im not able to drive right now and dont have a printer to print a label so I offered to pay the $7.99 that the game cost just to get part of money back however they wouldnt even do that! I asked for a Supervisor several times and never received a call back. I also asked for a chat transcript and never received them. They kept telling me its going to my email. Still none and I checked my junk mail. Worst Customer Service Ive ever received. I dont foresee this company lasting much longer with this type of service.

I can come to GameStop anywhere in the USA and buy a brand new released game and spend 60 bucks plus and take it home and play it for 10 mins and not like it and bring it back and I'm lucky if I get 10 bucks back for it. That's ridiculous and very greedy. You want to keep customers but rip us off. You will resell that game used as you call it for 55 plus. I understand you are in the buisness to make money but that's ripping us off. Never be a customer again.

Order three games on 11/16 as part of their buy 2 get 1 free promo. On 11/17 I get an email saying the free game is out of stock and has been cancelled. But dont worry you havent been charged lol. So I go cancel the pick up in store game. The 3rd game however was shipped. Status has showed awaiting carrier pick up for over 2 weeks. Ive called twice and still cant get my game or a refund. This company is a joke and I cant wait for their inevitable bankruptcy!

Hello, I ordered and paid for 1 ps5 disk edition bundle and 1 ps5 digital edition bundle, 2 days apart back on October 19th. I received the disk edition bundle a couple days after ordering them both but still have not received the digital edition ps5 bundle order. I waited for both of these to drop on separate occasions and paid for both at each time. There is no reason I should still be waiting for the 2nd ps5 order over a month after it was ordered and already close to Christmas. I have 2 9 year old sons so you guys thinking your stopping scalping by trying to limit my purchase, even after Ive already paid for them both, is definitely not the case. Please send me my order. Thank you.
