Ordered something and it’s not even been shipped yet

Ordered from the store and still hasnt been shipped fedex is waiting on them. !!! Two weeks and its a Xmas present !!! Now on hold waiting 2 hrs for a repressive!!! What the heck .. this has been a horrible experience since the start when they didnt even verify my email and points went to someone else

Change delivery address

I accidentally put the wrong shipping address. Luckily a representative was able to make an address change request and it should reflect in 2 business days. The best part is my order has not shipped yet, so i shouldnt have any more issue.

It seems as the the other game stop stores over sold their allocations asme and 3 othere people sat in the california md store with our tickets in hand for the PS5 for hours. There must be something that can be done to make this right

You people who think you are entitled to recompense for not getting a system are absolutely insane. Sorry there aren't enough, but the world isn't going to end just because you have to wait.

Didn't your parents ever teach you there are more important things out there? Stop being a Karen and deal with it.

Never received package

Received an email from GameStop stating my package was delivered on November 16, the package was never received by my office. Your site directed to reach out to the carrier (UPS) who told me to they gave my package out to the USPS. I created a case with the postal service who said they would reach out to me, havent heard back and cannot reach anyone on the phone. I was on hold with GameStop customer service for over 2 hours before scheduling call back, no call back. As a pro power up rewards member and loyal customer for years (since 2010) I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of assistance Ive received on this matter. Im out $60 and I keep getting the run around

Waited on hold 2x for over 60 minutes

I am missing one game that I paid $80 for. Called 2x customer service for over 60, to get hung up on before I get to talk to a person. Call local store and unable to help. This is stupid, horrible customer service.

Series of reports from customers on social media with the same issue of a missing orders. Also, same issues with customer service not helping effectively or not responding

User's recommendation: Just use Amazon over Gamestop.
