I ordered xbox one x for my son on 12/20/20 Paid over 17.00 for 2 day shipping to make sure it was here for Christmas cause his other one went out. They said it would be here Tuesday or Wednesday. Then Tuesday I got a tracking update saying now it would be here the 28th cause of a holiday delay. Wasn't really happy with it but I understood. Then yesterday the 28th it still hadn't arrived tried calling them was on hold for 15 minutes then it picked up and just rang for another 10 till I gave up. Then today I get a tracking alert that the damn thing was returned to it's origin facility for some reason with no idea why or excuse and now I have been on hold again for 25 minutes waiting for someone again.

User's recommendation: Don't shop online here for the holidays.

Cancel my order

I have contacted you numerous times through the website "help ticket" Never heard back, somehow I found a love chat on the website. Spoke to a gentleman who stated he would cancel my order. On your website it shows my order being returned. I have nothing credited back to me on my credit card. I would like someone to reach out and help resolve this matter. Thank you

How long ago was this. Normal wait time for a refund is 3 to 5 business days.

Christmas Eve/Day, and New Years day/Eve are not business days. It can come earlier it really depends on the processor and the back. If it was never shipped or charges a hold can last up to 5 to 10 business days.

Call you bank and see if the charge was a charge or a hold. That will give you a better idea when the money will be returned.

I need to cancel my order number 110000****138806. I leave in Puerto Rico and I have a cousin in Kentucky that is the one that have to pickup the order. You don't have a place where you can write the person that pickup the merchandise. And in the order the name that appears to pickup its mine automatically. Please cancel this order. Hello I talked to a customer care rep yesterday about 530 Pm cst She helped me with the problem i had concerning my online order for my Xbox bundle . She issued me a refund and said it will take 3/7 days to show in my account . Im still waiting on the refund email that she said would be coming within 24 hours . 9 months and counting for refund

I've contacted customer service over to dozen times via email and over the phone. Currently I am told to wait 25 business days for a check. By the time the check gets here it'll be the end of January and I'll have waited 9 months for a refund. Go anywhere else if you're looking for stuff.
