This is at least the 4th headset we've had to return. All of the the mic quit working so we'd bring it back. This time GameStop said it's been more than 30 days contact manufacturer. The manufacturer said return to store. We have the receipt but we can't locate the box, so long story short were screwed out of $50 for another defective headset regardless of warranty. Not very satisfied. Would be great to find something that actually works after you pay for it. I mean works for more than a month or two.

Can't order something

Try to order a product from this company using my credit card. The website does not work. Put in all my information and it was correct nothing happened. Tried to call the store to see if I could order the product that I wanted to. Talk to the guy there and he said that he could not order it for me even though I had my credit card with me. I would still like to order the product but you need to fix your website. Thank you Wayne edges.

They always *** up my reward points on large purchases then I end up missing deals because of your guys *** ups then have to hear some uneducated fool working at gamestop for nothing with an attitude tell me it's not my problem call India so they can fix it!!! You guys have the worst customer service that's why your stock market crashed and are gonna fold as a company because of all the other retailers. Gamestop refuses to cancel a an unauthorized payment.

My papal account was hacked for $99. Paypal sent an unauthorized payment report to gamestop one week ago. Gamestop has not responded. They have not canceled the payment. I also called gamestop.

Warranty issue

Long story short, was first told that they could only refund my warranty because my warranty on the Wii U was "too far gone"... I told them that my warranty still had a little over a month before it expired. Said there's no way that a warranty company will out right refuse to honor the warranty that was still active and threatened to blast this all over social media.... Raised enough *** that they finally refunded both the Wii U and the warranty that they did not intend to refund initially.

I need help dealing with this GameStop Location 69 William Shorty Campbell St, Hartford, CT. Every time I try to Pre-Order something A Employee Named Sabrina tells me it's sold out.

Then she gets smart saying you need to be quicker to pre-order after she searched it up! This is the second time she's done this to me, The Manager seems to not care about this issue I need help dealing with this GameStop with getting into fight, or argument.

Not trying to say their racist, but I feel like they don't expect my services as an African American Customer who's trying to help out What really makes me mad is that their using pictures saying pre-order now but whenever I Try but get false answers. Maybe I need to stop and cancel all my orders from that location, or just order from GameStop Online only please help me ASAP!

Or, hear me out on this...maybe you need to preorder quicker, especially if it's for a super hot item that will sell out quick. Was it Pokemon cards?

Because that wouldn't surprise me. And the racist excuse is such an easy go to, isn't it, without any care that even if it's *** you are likely putting that employees job at risk.

Ive spoken to GameStop 3 times and every time I was told my purchases would be cancelled. Well PayPal is still holding money and saying its GameStop that hasnt cancelled on their end, so annoying.
