Lost package

After 3 months of waiting for my order. I haven't been contacted about it at all. No call backs when told I would or no tracking number even. I have called numerous times for information and get told I'll get back after looking into it. I've been told twice both by the store and corporate that I'd recieve a refund too for all of this which was a month ago from one office and a month and half ago from the other; yet, still haven't received a refund. This has been the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life.

To complain about poor policy

Well there was never really an interaction because I tried to call on the phone and no one ever answered in a 15-minute span but when I did let the employee know that his district manager might be calling him that's when his attitude got really *** and well you know how it normally goes when they find out they're about to possibly get in trouble

User's recommendation: Much better answering services and maybe even better etiquette on the phone better customer interaction.

Or, hear me out on this...maybe you need to preorder quicker, especially if it's for a super hot item that will sell out quick. Was it Pokemon cards?

Because that wouldn't surprise me. And the racist excuse is such an easy go to, isn't it, without any care that even if it's *** you are likely putting that employees job at risk.

My online order was never delivered It says shipped but awaiting carrier pickup

Im getting a refund. Sorry I though that summed it up but I guess I have to write 100 symbols to tell you I am getting a refund? Maybe you need to work on your stuff before you criticize someone elses jerk offs

Will not be home day off delivery. Need to hold at fedex location

Lady in customer service put in a request to have item held at a nearby FedEx location. She said it may take 24-48hrs. Fedex only makes 3 attempts to deliver before returning to shipper. My item is supposed to deliver tomorrow, Wed. I'll be at work Wed, Thurs, and Fri. If it takes longer than 48 hours I'm afraid it will be shipped back and I'll have this problem again.

User's recommendation: Save vacation or sick days to use if you are expecting something from gamestop via FedEx because gamestop has restrictions against fedex holding packages at their locations.

Finally got the receipt

I was finally able to get the receipt. Josh P from GameStop handled it. I hate that I had to make a complaint to get the job done. Even though I have the receipt I still do not intend to continue shopping at GameStop. Thank you pissed consumer for getting g the job done.
