Bought a Sony PS 4 console at Gamestop in Clackamas Promenade, after 5 days of purchase was not satisfied so went to return it with receipt, the man in the front was very rude and not helpful he refused a refund because the box was open, the Gamestop return policy mentions if a customer is not happy with the product they can return it, but the box should not be opened , how is a customer going to find out whether he is happy or not with the product, without opening the box ? I am really frustrated with this horrible experience at Gamestop and will never ever shop there or recommend any friend. I hope Gamestop can value their customers.

I didn't like: That they can only offer a script and cant offer solutions, Lack of company responsibilty.

How do you expect them to resell that product as new when you opened and played it? Think for 2 seconds.

Try doing this at ANY other retailer. Ya dumb ***
