My wife and I noticed a $75.00 charge to our account for Gamestop. We called them and informed them that this was not our charge.
We did not order anything from them nor did we have a playstation.They refused to refund us or do anything. They only said sorry that someone fraudulently used our card, and then told us to call our bank. This has never happened before. Anytime something like this happened before our money was always refunded with an apology.
They were rude and came across as they didn't care.
We had to call our bank and file a complaint, order my wife a new card etc. The bank said they have had several complaints with gamestop before.
