Purchase made at GameStop Seabrook, NH on 6/24/2020 The mouse we wanted was not available. Dana substituted a more expensive mouse. My grandson asked if it was compatible and Dana said he didn't know. I said we will bring it back if it is not compatible. It was not compatible so I took it back to Dana the next day and he refused to take it back because it had been opened. Dana stated he informed us it was not returnable when we purchased it. THAT WAS NOT TRUE.... Also the receipt say's we have 30 days for returns

User's recommendation: Dana in seabrook is a liar.

Gamestop - NO CASH

I went into the store on 1739 loop 410 store #410 San Antonio tx78227 and we went in and stayed in the store for about 40 minutes deciding what we were gonna get and my daughters birthday was that day and since we are quarantined we cannot do much and all she wanted was something from GameStop so we got done shopping and when we were about to pay they said they weren’t accepting cash and that’s fine but what upsets me is that there was no sign whatsoever declaring that they were not accepting cash. Or they never mentioned it once. So I’m taking the high road and sending en email that will hopefully do some good instead me getting really upset at your employees. Thank you for tour time
