Gamestop - PISSED OFF CUSTOMER

I preordered fallout 76 power armor edition and a few months ago I got a new debt card. So I called GameStop and changed my info come to find out they canceled my order! So I called back and told them they need to fix it and this is not right. Gamestop - Still owed $25

I been calling GameStop since a week after cyber Monday to get my refund back on my giftcard. Call numerous of times. I called Friday 1/19/2018 I was told I was going to get call today Monday 1/22/2018 still not received a call. I called again and the person I spoke to told me he was going to call me in 10 min at 6:51 MST which would be when they are closed! I want my money back GameStop!
