Gamestop - NEVER answer phone or replies to email.
I have set on hold more than 90 minutes 4 different times. I have emailed the address that the repeating recording instructs you to. Almost 3 weeks with no reply from there still. They have $50 of my money now. Theyre a TOTAL RIPOFF. ***
User's recommendation: Go to amazon or directly to Sony or Microsoft. Cheaper and they don’t steal from you.

Gamestop - I'm done with gamester
I have 60,000 redeemable points on my pro card. I've been building for years and i don't have the card anymore. so i call gamester and they can give me the pin number from the card. i call customer service to get told that they don't have the pin either and they're going to send me a new card which will take 2 month to get here. ARE YOU SERIOUS??? spent thousands of dollars here at this company since i was young and they can even get their cards right. Just another garbage company being money hungry in the 21st century. how typical. and they wonder why no-one wants to come to midnight releases anymore or there being beat by smaller companies as of late
