I purchased a game online and was told by a customer service representative Matt o Kelley that I would receive my controller in the next day, I had waited over two hours previously to speak to a representative. He promised me that I would receive this as my son is terminally ill.
Almost 5 days and I have not received or heard from GameStop.
I have sent Matt O Kelly over 5 emails, and no response. GameStop, please explain how do I tell my son that you have let him down,,?
