Preordered Destiny 2 for my son in June. Called them on 9/1 to change my credit card.

Called again on September 7th after my son had not received his precode and made sure all my information was correct and it was. Get an email that afternoon it was cancelled. WTF!!! I call the bank.

Absolutely NO issues on the bank's end. Call Gamestop. Another 32 mins on hold (over 2 hours between all the calls) and they tell me since the order was cancelled I no longer get the early access code. What in the actual f**k!!

There was NO reason to cancel my order and now he doesn't get the code because of your screw up?!

I will NEVER order from you again and I will NOT recommend anyone else do as well. That is absolute ***!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
