We ordered a used Nintendo 3DS XL and it is not functional. After taking it into the store, we were told to call customer service because we had accidentally thrown away the receipt.

An automated message said there was an unusually high call volume so we requested a callback. After receiving the callback, we continued to wait on hold for another hour. After waiting, no one answered the phone! It had been two hours!

So we tried to call the next day, again the same issue. So we tried AGAIN then next day and AGAIN the same issue! I have now sent three emails to customer service and direct messaged Gamestop on Instagram and STILL have not gotten a response!

Its one thing to have bad customer service, but a whole other thing to literally receive NO RESPONSE! All we want to do is exchange something we purchased when they sent a malfunctioning item!

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Lack of company responsibilty, Customer care, Poorly trained support.

Every time you hang up and call back you go to the back of the line just so you know.
