Monday morning I purchased 2 1200 digital downloads for Microsoft points from Gamestop. About an hour or so later I received an email that my downloads were ready and to follow the provided link.

When I did, there was only one code listed. The other code item had n/a where the code would have been. I have spent more than an hour on two calls to customer service, and they can't seem to tell me why my code wasn't delivered or even when it will. After the second call I requested that item to be cancelled and that was not done either.

When I log in, the order is exactly where it was on Monday morning and it is now Wednesday.

I have also emailed customer support twice and have received no replies. I found the deal for the downloads on slickdeals and there is not a single complaint on the forum of anyone having a problem like mine.

Monetary Loss: $9.
