Not resolved

First of all, I was on hold for over an hour, just for a supervisor to tell me they cant do squat for my situation when he very well could of. A store had given me misinformation about a sale, stating they couldnt order it for me in store which was bull, when i called to speak to a manager about not being able to get into their website to order the item i had wanted they told me whoever i spoke with misinformed me and they could of order it for me for the price of the deal.

Called customer service and they basically told me theres nothing they can do which is complete bull, the guy couldnt understand a word i was trying to say.

I will NEVER shop at gamestop again, absolutely awful service who cares nothing about the customers. Customer service line is useless and the people who work there are nothing but rude and unhelpful.
