I tried doing this through the "Contact Us" agent form on Gamestop, but I don't think it's sending. I ordered a game with quad pay, Valhalla, and that one went through.
I see it in my Order History. Thing is, I forgot I wanted to get Cold War, with it. I purchased it shortly after Valhalla, but there's nothing on it.
I've gotten emails from GameStop about my purchase confirmation on Valhalla, and it's in my Order History, of course, but Cold War isn't.
I know full well I bought this game as well, since I did the quad pay for it too and the money was taken out of my account. I want to make SURE that it went through and that maybe GameStop has it wrong with not adding it to my Order History, or sending me an email on it.
