Gamestop - PISSED OFF CONSUMER
On 9/15/18 I went to our local gamestop on greenoaks and pleasant ridge Arlington tx to see if we could get a issue resolved with my 9 yr olds Nintendo switch . The reply Johnny the Manager had was I didn't sell it to you and was laughing at me the whole time.
The manager said its not his problem and we should call Nintendo.
which we have and they told us you have to have his defective switch next to the new one to transfer the games.the manager insisted that was not so ,he could do it inless I paid he to do it. I called the police and they said to write a review on game stops web page
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $325.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Gamestop Pros: Very unhappy, Management, Store location.
Gamestop Cons: Customer service, Blame customer for company problems.
