Gamestop - Still owed $25

I been calling GameStop since a week after cyber Monday to get my refund back on my giftcard. Call numerous of times. I called Friday 1/19/2018 I was told I was going to get call today Monday 1/22/2018 still not received a call. I called again and the person I spoke to told me he was going to call me in 10 min at 6:51 MST which would be when they are closed! I want my money back GameStop!

Gamestop - Another pissed consumer

Purchased NBA2K18 with Virtual Currency in the amount of 75K for 17.99 online unable to redeem unable to speak with any any one. Called x3 waited over 25 minutes each call stating transferring me to a specialist then disconnecting me. Will not put Mgr on phone so dont ask, they will hang up on you for sure. Never again will I purchase anything from gamestop. Just lost another customer.

Gamestop - Very horrjble

I went in to try change a game that , i did not ask for. Girl at register does not kno what she is doing. Register 2 flirting with to possible shoppers. Gives me *** , calls ms out my name mind you i can be her mother worst customer service in my life. She needs to be taught about how to handle a situation. Never will Go there again!!!!

Gamestop - Terrible service

Ordered from game stop and with in a minute I tried to cancel the order they said it was to far along in processing and refused refund. Emailed them and no response What a company to outright lie to it customers! There is no way to cancel their order online or by phone. Just a lie that you can return anything!!!!
