After frantically trying to get to the store straight from work to pick up Red Dead Redemption 2, a game that I've been waiting for literally years to play, and which I had pre-ordered and paid my full $60 for earlier that day, I wasn't allowed into the store after I showed up at 10:02. I even called them explaining while I was on my way there.

All 3 employees totally ignored my knocking and attempts to call the store, looking up occasionally and quickly looking away when I caught their eyes. I get that they probably have a "no-exceptions" policy when it comes to store hours, but that's just ridiculous.

If this is how a company is going to continue to treat their customers year after year, then they need to go under. They surely won't be getting any more of my money.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Leaving the store to never return.

I didn't like: Employees, Customer care, Poorly trained support.
