I walked into the store on Saturday 4/27. I wanted to trade in my four PSP games.
When I was asked for an ID I gave the manager(Chris) my Military ID. I do not have a driver's license. He proceeded to argue with me about how my military ID isn't good enough. I have used my military ID at this location before numerous times.
He then told me that unless I could give him a valid driver's license he couldn't do anything for me. My military ID is better than a license except for the fact that I am not able to drive with it. I do not appreciate this man's attitude at all with me. He has no right as a manger to talk to a customer the way he talked to me.
I spend a lot of money at game stop monthly.
I am no longer going to shop at this gamestop because I refuse to be treated in the manner that I was treated. If it continues at the other stores that you have I will no longer shop at any game stop I will find somewhere else that sells game systems and games to shop at.
